We currently offer two options for payment:
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your orders are processed daily (Monday through Friday) and will be packed and despatched immediately upon receipt of payment. We do not process orders on the weekends or on bank holidays.
All Natural Born Yogi orders are sent via Hermes Parcel Service and are signed for to ensure that your goods are traceable and insured. A signature is required upon receipt. We recommend you to use a daytime delivery address for your purchase.
Delivery charges including packing & VAT:
Germany:
--> 4,95 € (flat rate, transit time: 2 - 3 working days)
EU countries:
--> 9,95 € max. 1,4 kg / 3 lbs. (= ca. 4 shirts)
--> 14,95 € max. 4,4 kg / 9.7 lbs. (= ca. 2 yoga mats)
--> 24,95 € max. 20 kg / 44 lbs. (= ca. 10 yoga mats)
Shipping charge for one yoga mat: 14,95 €
Please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to EU countries.
Switzerland:
--> 8,00 € max. 0,2 kg (= 1 - 2 shirts)
--> 16,95 € max. 1,5 kg (= ca. 10 Shirts)
--> 18,95 € max. 2,1 kg (= ca. 1 yoga mats plus ca. 2 Shirts)
--> 22,00 € max. 22 kg (= ca. 8 yoga mats plus ca. 20 Shirts)

a. Fast, secure & easy with PayPal
Your order will be despatched immediately once we receive Paypal's notification of payment. Just send the money to info@naturalbornyogi.com via your PayPal account as indicated during check-out.
b. Prepayment by bank transfer
Please transfer payment directly into our bank account within 7 days upon order. Our bank details are indicated on the e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. Please use EU-transfer with IBAN and BIC. Your order will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment.
